Downloading Transactions
This guide explains how to download your TrustistTransfer transaction data.
Transaction downloads are useful when you need to check payments, reconcile against your bank account, or share information with your accounts team.
Your transaction data is downloaded as a CSV file. CSV files can be opened in spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or accounting software.
Before You Start
Before downloading transactions, make sure:
- You are signed in to TrustistTransfer
- You have permission to access transaction data
- You know the date range you want to download
If you cannot see the download option, your account may not have the right access.
1. Open Settings
Sign in to TrustistTransfer.
Select the Settings icon.
This is shown in the bottom-right of the screen.
2. Find Download Data
Scroll down the Settings page until you find Download Data.
In this section, you will see Transaction Data.
This is where you can download a CSV file of your past transactions.
3. Choose a Date Range
Select Date Range.
You can choose from the following options:
- All Time

Tap the From field and choose the first date.
Then choose the To date.
Once the date range is correct, select Select.
5. Download the File
After choosing the date range, select Download.
TrustistTransfer will create a CSV file containing the transaction data for the selected period.
Your browser will then download the file.
Depending on your device, the file may appear:
- In your Downloads folder

- In your phone's Files app
- In your browser's download history
6. Open the CSV File
