Editing Your Logo

You can upload your business logo in TrustistTransfer so it can be shown on your receipts.

Before You Start

You will need:

  • Access to your main TrustistTransfer merchant account
  • A high quality version of your logo
  • The logo saved as a PNG or SVG file
  • A file size of 5MB or less
  1. Sign in to your TrustistTransfer account.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Find the Logo Upload section.

  4. Under Your Logo, select Attach.

  5. Choose the logo file from your device.

  6. Once the file has been selected, you will see a message telling you that your file is ready.

  7. Select Upload.

  8. When the upload has finished, your new logo will be saved to your account.

If you change your mind before uploading, select Cancel and choose a different file.

File Requirements

Your logo must be:

  • A PNG or SVG file
  • No larger than 5MB
  • Clear and high quality

For the best result, use a logo with enough space around it so it does not look cropped or cramped on receipts.

Where Your Logo Is Used

Your uploaded logo is used on your TrustistTransfer receipts.

This helps customers recognise your business when they receive payment confirmation.

If Your Logo Does Not Upload

If your logo does not upload, check that:

  • The file is a PNG or SVG
  • The file is under 5MB
  • The image is not damaged or corrupted
  • You have selected Upload after attaching the file

If the logo still does not upload, try saving the image again as a new PNG or SVG file and upload that version.
